The Thai massage is based on two theories:

1.The Four Elements of Life Theory: Earth, Water, Wind, and Fire.
This theory is the basic principle in traditional Thai medicine and relates to Thai massage.

2. The theory of Sen Sib energy meridians: This is the nucleus of the Thai Massage.

Every pressure applied to the beneficiary is done in the direction of the Sen Sib energetic meridians, the "Prana"channels. A complete study of Sen Sib is presented in the Thai massage course Level 2.
