Course 100 of Thai Therapeutic Stretching

The first, the only and the most complex specialization course in stretching techniques in Thai massage in Romania – Course of 100 Thai therapeutic stretching.

A course that was developed following the teacher’s experience with over 16,000 hours of practice, as well as the study conducted in Thailand at two of the most famous Thai massage schools in Thailand: TMC Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai in Thailand – awarded by the royal family for the best Thai massage school, and Ong’s Thai Massage School in Thailand – a school with dedication to Japanese students.

This course is intended to specialize in stretching techniques, correlated with the meridians that are activated by stretching. Moreover, stretching teaching is ordered in a flow, so that the maneuvers flow with minimum effort from the therapist, and maximum comfort to the beneficiary. As usual during the courses taught by the school, the emphasis will be on the posture of the therapist, so that the therapist can apply the maneuvers in a healthy way, and be able to practice them for decades, without being affected by the occupational disease of the masseurs.

The course is intensive, lasting 4 days, 30 hours of course, and 95% of the time is focused on practice. The teacher will make detailed demonstrations on stretching techniques, and the participants will practice the techniques learned under the careful observation of the teacher. Participants will be both beneficiaries (by receiving a massage we can feel its benefits on our own body) and they will also offer stretching (practice is the most effective method of assimilating this knowledge)

Students will have the following benefits:

– Thai stretching manual – THE FIRST MANUAL of this type in Romania, and the most complex so far. The manual is designed with detailed and professional pictures, with the related explanations.

– 30 hours of intensive course, after which the student will acquire over 100 stretching maneuvers.

– the method of stretching through all the energy meridians Sen Sib;

– the necessary precautions to perform a massage in conditions of maximum efficiency and safety, methods of applying massage techniques in conditions of maximum safety and efficiency from the massage practitioner;

– After graduating the written and practical exam, students will receive the diploma

– Also included: Daily uniform, pen, textbook, liquids throughout the course and snacks during breaks, water and tea.

The course lasts for 4 days. The classes will be held daily from 9:00 to 17:30, with 1hour lunch break. Thus, you will have 7.5 hours of class / day x 4 days = 30 hours of class. The course is intensive!!!

In order to graduate the course, it is mandatory to attend 100% all the classes.

Description of the course:

– It starts in the morning with 15 minutes of yoga for warm-up, and meditation to prepare the mind in order to accumulate new knowledge!

– The teacher gives a demonstration during each lesson – which will explain in detail the energy meridians used in Thai Sen Sib culture, the position of the beneficiary’s body and the effective positions of the practitioner for minimum effort and maximum benefits, hand positions, energy sense, etc.

– Precautions and contraindications are taught in stretching maneuvers in order to obtain the most effective results in safe conditions for the beneficiaries.

– The graduation of the course is done by practical and written evaluation.

– At the end of the course the student will have the ability to perform a complete Thai stretching session for over 100 therapeutic stretching maneuvers.
