For a healthy and happy child, the future mother must be relaxed and healthy. For all who want to learn how to pamper the future mothers, we have created this special course that can be attended by both therapeutic masseurs, spouses, grandparents or any family member who wants to give the future mothers moments of relaxation and health.
Studies show that massage therapy during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, depression symptoms, can relieve muscle pains and joint pains, and can also improve both the results and the health of the newborn.
During the course you will learn prenatal massage precautions and prenatal massage techniques for a full 90-minute session. Techniques for relieving legs, back, shoulders, hands, lactation increase, lowering bladder pressure, relaxation techniques, facial massage, etc. will be provided.
The course will provide:
– uniform, towels, and all the equipment needed for the course to be carried out.
– The manual in Romanian language – with a detailed description of all the techniques
– water and snacks during breaks.
Course Schedule
The course lasts for 3 days. The classes will be held daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 1 hour lunch break. Thus, you will have 6 classes per day x 3 days = 18 course hours.
