Thai Therapy Center – Spa Etiquette
We are delighted to have you as our guest in this oasis of tranquility dedicated to health, youth, and beauty.
Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the exception of the first day of Easter, December 25th, and January 1st.
At our center, you can enjoy carefully selected aromatherapy tailored to your needs, enzymatic water, and herbal tea offered by the house, as well as all the necessary equipment for the therapies (massage uniform included).
To ensure your experience is memorable, we observe the following guidelines within our center:
- Please maintain silence both in the corridors leading to the therapy rooms and inside the therapy rooms, and communicate with the therapist in a calm and quiet manner. It is important that both you and our other guests can enjoy an experience of introspection and serenity at Thai Therapy.
- Upon entering each therapy room, please remove your shoes. For us, the therapy rooms are sacred spaces-small temples for your body and soul. It is important to keep any bacteria or infections brought from outside away from the therapy rooms.
- Please use the equipment provided by our center. To offer the most pleasant experience for both you and our therapist, we kindly ask you to use the equipment provided for Thai therapies, namely the specific uniform.
- Your health and safety are important to us. Therefore, when completing the medical questionnaire at the beginning of the therapy, please be as detailed as possible regarding your conditions, allergies, or any other relevant health information. It is important to understand that our lack of information regarding your health condition absolves us of any liability for harm to your health resulting from the omission of such information.
- For your experience to be memorable, communication with your therapist is essential. There are many situations in which our guests are very shy or simply do not wish to offer feedback. In such cases, it is the therapist’s responsibility at the beginning of the therapy to ensure that the guest is comfortable, that the temperature, pressure, and music are appropriate-this applies to the start of each treatment. However, we also appreciate it if you communicate with your therapist should you wish for more or less pressure, an adjustment in warmth, or any other aspect you consider relevant to making your experience pleasant. Your relaxation and health are our priority.
- Please use the restroom areas with care and respect for hygiene. We disinfect them three times a day, but it is important that if another guest wishes to use the restroom immediately after you, they find the same level of cleanliness that you did.
- All members of our therapist team have specialized training and have graduated from the International Thai Therapy School, Terapia Thai Elena Nastaca. They underwent rigorous examinations before being allowed to begin therapies in this center, and all follow the same standardized international therapy protocols brought directly from Asia for you. It is important to understand that regardless of which therapist applies the technique, you will enjoy the same level of safety and maximum benefits. Therefore, our center does not encourage the selection or preferential choice of specific therapists. However, if you strongly wish for a particular therapist, a therapist preference fee of 100 RON will apply.
- The time of our therapists is important so that we can offer as many guests as possible the opportunity for health and relaxation. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if a change in your plans occurs and you can no longer attend your scheduled therapy session. Failure to notify us in time of a cancellation will require full payment for the therapy, as during the unattended time slot we were unable to offer the therapy to another person who may have been in need.
- We want you to fully enjoy the rituals of our center. Therefore, please do not arrive late for your scheduled therapy. Any delay will shorten your therapy time by the amount of time you are late, so that the next scheduled client is not affected by your delay. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your therapy to allow time to complete the medical questionnaire, change into the specific equipment, and quietly enjoy, with soft music therapy, a therapeutic tea lovingly prepared by us from carefully selected medicinal plants, as well as enzymatic water with plants and crystals.
- If you were satisfied with the service provided by the therapist or the receptionist, our center supports a gratuity policy as a way for you to show your appreciation to our staff.
- At our center, we support therapies for children, but only with parental assistance until the age of 18. You can enjoy a therapy together, personalized to each person’s needs: the parent benefits from one type of therapy, the child from another, but in the same room and at the same time.
- If you have a baby and breastfeeding is necessary during the therapy, please let us know that you will be coming together with your child. We have a therapy room specially arranged for children, very well soundproofed so as not to disturb other clients, and we can manage therapy times according to your baby’s needs. Your therapy will be applied in the presence of your child, while they play or sleep.
Thank you for choosing to travel with us to Asia and back, through sensations and health.
With special love and consideration,
The Thai Therapy Team
